14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for First-Time Subscriptions

Your first paid USDTonPay subscription purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. The 14-day period begins when your first subscription payment is confirmed.

The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a paid USDTonPay plan, including Starter ($9.90), Growth ($19.90), and Business ($49.90). If your first purchase includes multiple months, the guarantee applies to the full value of that first purchase.

To request a refund, contact USDTonPay through the available support channel within 14 days and provide the account email and relevant subscription payment details.

Renewals and Later Purchases

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first paid subscription purchase. Renewals and later subscription purchases are generally non-refundable.

Obvious accidental renewals or duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of these refunds is not guaranteed.

What This Refund Policy Covers

This policy applies only to subscription fees paid directly to USDTonPay for access to the USDTonPay service.

It does not apply to USDT payments that a merchant receives from its own customers. USDTonPay is non-custodial and does not hold or control those customer funds. Refunds for a merchant's goods or services must be handled directly by that merchant.

Blockchain Transactions

Confirmed blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed by USDTonPay. Where an eligible USDTonPay subscription refund is approved, USDTonPay will arrange the refund separately rather than attempting to reverse the original blockchain transaction.

Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Misuse

The 14-day money-back guarantee is intended for genuine first-time customers. USDTonPay may deny a refund where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, repeated account creation, repeated refund abuse, self-referral, manipulation of affiliate or promotional programs, or other attempts to circumvent this policy.

USDTonPay reserves the right to make the final determination on refund eligibility in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, or policy circumvention, subject to applicable law.

Affiliate Commissions and Refunds

If a subscription purchase is refunded, any affiliate commission associated with that purchase is cancelled and does not become payable. If a commission has already been credited or paid, USDTonPay may offset or recover the corresponding amount in accordance with the applicable Affiliate Program terms.

Affiliate commissions connected to first-time subscriptions remain subject to the applicable 14-day refund period before they are treated as final for settlement purposes.
