Blockchain and wallet risk
Transactions can be delayed, rejected or irreversible. You are responsible for protecting your wallet credentials, verifying receiving addresses and understanding the network you use.
Third-party and integration risk
Connected websites, wallets, hosting providers and other third parties are outside USDTonPay’s control. An integration failure may affect the payment experience or order processing.
Regulatory and business risk
Laws, tax obligations, sanctions requirements and business conditions may change. You are responsible for determining whether use of USDTonPay is appropriate for your business and jurisdiction.
No custody
USDTonPay does not hold merchant funds. Direct-to-wallet design means merchants retain control of their wallets and are also responsible for their wallet security.
