Using USDTonPay
You may use USDTonPay only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for your account, connected websites, receiving wallet, payment requests and fulfillment of your own goods or services.
Direct-to-wallet payments
USDTonPay provides software tools around a payment workflow. Customer funds are intended to move directly to the receiving wallet configured by the merchant. USDTonPay does not hold a merchant balance or act as a custodian of customer funds.
Fees and plans
Plan availability, usage limits and pricing are shown in the merchant dashboard or on the website. Blockchain network fees are separate from USDTonPay service fees.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or improve parts of the service to protect users, comply with law or maintain reliable operations. We may update these terms by posting a revised version.
